Folk Tales, The Strokes, and the Egyptian Government!

So I should be following the schedule. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday. Okay... Honestly I don't have anything to talk about. I'm supposed to be doing my homework right now, but I got frustrated and stopped. You see, sometimes I'm dumb and wait til the day before something is due to do it. I need a folk tale for this assignment, and, well. I don't have a folk tale. Sad, right? Yea. I'm trying to find them online but I'm scared... Like, what if my language arts teacher asks where I got the book or something? Ack, I guess I'll just lie. But I shouldn't lie! Why did I just say that? Now I'm freaking out. I worry too much. Anyways... I'm listening to music to calm me down. Ha, is that weird? NAH. Well, I'm listening to a song called "Razorblade" by a band called The Strokes. The Strokes are my favorite band ever! Their new album is coming out March 22nd. I'm so excited! The album name is "Angles." I'm asking for it for my birthday, which is after the album is released.

I'm probably boring you with that music talk. If you're reading this, you're probably my actual real life, Emily or Hannah. And I know you wouldn't like The Strokes. Yeah...

I thought of another topic! The Egyptian government. It's been on TV a lot lately. Like, I feel bad for Egyptians and Egypt and stuff like that, but I don't understand why it has to be on the news all of the time, when it doesn't even involve our country. Oh, I live in America by the way haha.

So... maybe I should get to that homework thing. I sighed when I typed that, just so you know. Hahahaha! Cya!

Sorry

Sorry I didn't make a post yesterday. I wish I had an excuse, but really, I don't. Haha. Well, right now I'm not feeling too well. I have a headache. Oh, and I'm drinking iced tea. Can you tell I have nothing to talk about? Oh... well, my friend said he'd be right back (while he was texting me) and it's been like an hour. Yea. Ohemgee! Today I realized I kind of have a German accent. Like, when I'd say "yea," I'd pronounce it weird. Like, with an accent. Yea. Okay, this blog post is going nowhere, hahahahaha. This ice tea is good. It's lemon green tea. Mmmmmm! Haha. Do you like iced tea? You better. If you don't, we aren't friends anymore. Just kidding. So... today when I went to a classroom on my floor, I was looking through the window on the door, and someone popped up. That person just happened to be someone I thought was cute. I don't like him, I just find him attractive. Anyways, I screamed really weirdly and my friend said I had a strange look on my face. Oh, and another thing is that I started training to be a K.O.P., and yea... it's okay, I just don't like where I'm 'stationed.' HAHAHAHAHAHA my house just got a call from someone who's last name is Schweeble. HAHAHAHAHAHA! Sorry if your last name is Schweeble, and you just got offended. But man, your last name is messed up. This blog post is really random... if you couldn't tell. Well, I'm gonna go. I think I'm having dinner soon. It smells like dinner. No, really, it smells like someone is cooking.

I've Changed My Mind A Bit

I decided I'll post everyday except Sunday... I don't know, if you couldn't tell already, I change my mind easily. Anyways, this blog isn't all about changing my mind, haha! I'm going to talk about the mall. So fun! Unless you're a boy. Well, if you're a boy, you probably aren't reading this. Actually, you might like the mall even if you're a boy. Oh my gosh, I'm getting off track.

Okay, so now getting to the mall... My favourite store in the mall has to be either Bath and Body Works, or Hollister. I love Hollister's clothing, and I love Bath and Body Works' scents and lotions and things like that. I probably own more clothes than anything, like most people. And, the second thing I own most of is probably either lotions and body sprays. Or chapstick...

Haha, well, I have to take a shower! (Yea, there I go again, ending it by saying I have to take a shower... at least it's not a lie, and at least it's not leaving to do homework. Teehee!) Cya!

Something I Forgot To Mention

Well, my friends were asking me this, so I figured I answer. I only post on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I feel like if I were to update everyday, it would be hard to keep up with. Also, I'd really appreciate comments! They're not a priority, I'd just really like to see what you thought about the post. Anyways...

Today I found that I was a Knight on Patrol. Our school mascot is the knight, and a Knight on Patrol is someone who 'patrols' the school in the beginning and end of the day. Yea.

I think I'm going to end the blog right now, since I have kind of a lot of homework. Cya!

Today I Got In Trouble

Well, not exactly. I forgot my homework at home (it was done, though!) so I got a check mark, warning, whatever you want to call it, in my planner/agenda. At first I was really sad, and then I got over it. It was the first time ever that I hadn't had my homework. Oh, and it was my science teacher's birthday today. He's the one who gave me the warning.

Anyways... I hate the bus. It gets me dizzy and gives me terrible headaches. I feel sick for the rest of the night. And, plus, I'm the last one off the bus. We go past my street like, three times. It gets me so angry. The buses leave the school nearly a half an hour after school is dismissed, and I get home an hour and a fifteen minutes after school is dismissed. Unfortunately I have to ride the bus every single morning. But, thankfully, I only have to ride it Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. I'm grateful for when my friends and family take me home after school, really, since I have another hour or two to get my homework done. So, Hannah, thanks for taking me home once in a while. And grandma, I doubt you're ever going to read this, thanks for taking me home on Mondays. And, Mom, thanks for taking me home on Fridays! Love you all! (:

I have to get going and help my dad make dinner, and start my homework! I might do a post tonight. Cya!

American Idol

So... I'm doing the post that I said I might do! Haha. Well, right now I'm watching American Idol. I don't really like it as much anymore, since they don't have the same judges anymore. They have Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, and some other guy I don't know.

I think the judges can be kind of mean sometimes. Like, they're not down right mean, but one in a while they come off a bit rude. Maybe it's just me... haha.

Oh, and that thingy that I went to with my friends wasn't canceled! We played a game called Spoons. I don't really feel like explaining it, since I'm kinda tired. What a lame excuse. But if you're really dying to know, which I doubt you are, here's a link. Click here to read about Spoons!

Anyways... I'm going to go back to watching American Idol. Cya!

A Conversation That My Friend and I Had

At lunch the other day, a couple of my friends and I had a conversation about an interesting topic ...
adopting dogs. I know everyone has their own preference, like the breed, color, age. Whatever it is, something you may not think about as much is where you'll adopt it.

So, before I had this conversation, I always thought I would never adopt from a pet store. My friends thought the same as well. The reason why I wouldn't adopt from a pet store is mainly because of the owners. And, I didn't realize til later, that it isn't the dog's fault for not being healthy, or not stating its sicknesses. Do you get where I am going here?

A pet store isn't the first place I'd go to adopt a dog, but now I really feel for the dogs that are there. I'm glad I had this conversation, because it really made me think twice about this topic!

Anyways, besides the conversation I had, there's a couple of other things I wanna say! Well, today I'm going somewhere with my friends, and I'm excited. Haha.

I just looked outside and it looks like it's snowing kind of hard. Hopefully the thing my friends and I are going to isn't canceled. That would stink. Hahahaha.

Okay, well that's all for now! Maybe I'll post again tonight. Maybe. Really, I said maybe. Maybe doesn't promise anything. So... no promises on that night post. But it might happen. Like... a 49.99% chance. See, not 50%. Okay I have to do my homework now. Bye!

Hey Everyone!

Hey everyone! Welcome to my blog. Really, there's nothing too special about it, it's just a personal blog for me and my friends. Oh, and by the way, my name is Hayley. But, if you'd like, you can call me Hayl.

Anyways, I should be updating this every couple of days, depending on what I have going on. And, how much homework I have. I swear, my science teacher has a problem with how much homework he gives out. I'm serious! Ha, ha.

Oh, and one last thing before I have to go and take my shower... check out my friends blog! The site name is http://www.hannahs-vanity.blogspot.com/ ! So be sure to go and leave her a comment!
